Hello, my lovelies!

This week has been the first week I have been able to put a huge effort into this, since being incredibly ill.

Eating wise, I've kept within my Myfitnesspal limits, and I haven't actually been too hungry. I imagined I would be forever scouring the fridge and cheating left, right and center. But, so far so good.
That's not to say that I haven't had moments of hungriness, but it's been nice being able to eat when I'm hungry, not just because I want to/feel like it. This way I know that I'm eating for a purpose.

Exercise wise, I have started walking again. After my chest infection, it's been pretty hard going on the old breathing, but I've done 3 miles every other day so far. I'm hoping to get into a routine of doing it at least five times a week, meaning I will be walking 15 miles more than I would have last month.
3 miles usually takes me about an hour, so it really doesn't take up much time in my day. If I get up and do it first thing in the morning after breakfast, I find it doesn't interfere with anything else I plan on doing that day.

My official starting weight was 220lb.
I went down to 208lbs the week after I suffered with norovirus, but I have a funny feeling that I managed to put all of that weight back on, once my normal eating/binging cycle had returned. So I'm going back to my starting weight and working from that.

My weight today is 217.3 lbs.
I'm happy with that. It's healthy weight loss, so hopefully something that will stay off.
Also, does anyone else find that special occasion days always fall the day before weigh in?

Below I have included a little mini post that I thought may interest some of you.

I'd love to know if any of you have decided to join in with #FridayFitness.

A couple of days ago I posted a George wishlist.
Whilst having a mooch online, I thought I would have a quick look at the sportswear and I was pleasantly surprised. As I'm in need of some new bits to keep my going, I figured I'd share my favourites with you.
As well as the bits above, there is also a great selection of sports bras and other joggers.
I picked out the more fitting bottoms, such as the yoga pants and 3/4 length legging style.
I love the fact that for the most part, the sportswear is black, but it does have some great pops of colour. Solid coral tops are also available.

Previously known as, Friday Fitday.

Now, you guys know that I've been atempting some kind of weightloss for the past year. For the past year I have failed! But, now I have an incentive.

My brother has made a group on Facebook called 'The Challenge'. He has challenged myself and a few of his friends to a weight loss mission. We have six months to healthily lose as much weight as we can. The one who loses the biggest percentage by then will get a prize from him.

This week I have been tracking my food on MyFitnessPal, which you can feel free to add me as a friend on, and I've also been walking the dog every day. Which, if I'm totally honest, I haven't been doing until now.

#FridayFitness will now become a weekly post where I can update you on my activities and favourite meals of the week, and of course any weight lost.
I'd love to create a little community here, where we can all help each other and keep each other motivated.
If you want to get involved, make sure to use the hashtag #FridayFitness on twitter and let me know how you are getting on.
In the comments, feel free to leave inspirational quotes, meal ideas, recipes, or even exercise ideas.

I've also created a group page on facebook for anyone wanting to get involved. It's a closed group, meaning that anyone can see the group and join, but only members of the group can see what is posted.

I hope to see some of you doing this with me! I think it'll be a great way to make friends, even if some of us struggle to shift the lbs!

I was recently in touch with the lovely people over at cutey.co.uk and a few days ago I was surprised to see a little package appear through my letterbox.
Inside were two of their bracelets to review for them. Both could not be any more my taste if they tried. They are both beautiful.

Both bracelets are very well made, strong and sturdy and the perfect size for my wrists. Sometimes I find this style of bracelet can be a little too large.

The Eros charm bracelet retails for £12.99 and represents the God of Love.
The charms themselves are suitably girly, with hints of pinks, greens and love hearts.
You can order this bracelet in either a 18cm or a 20cm length.
If you are worried about this little beauty slipping off of your wrist, or even the clasp popping, fear not. The closing fixture is easy to use and clips shut to ensure no such thing would happen.

The pink shamballa bracelet retails for £18.99.
It holds nine beautiful beads boasting 84 crystals on each bead, and the closing fixture is adjustable, meaning you can wear this bracelet as tight or loose as you prefer.
Out of the two, this is my favourite. It's super girly and absolutely stunning! I can assure you it will become a main feature on my wrist.

As you can see, both bracelets are lovely. If you're a fan of either style of bracelet but haven't wanted to fork out some of the ridiculous prices flying around, then Cutey is totally for you.
If you visit their website, there is a large range to choose from.

If you do end up purchasing, make sure to let me know what you think.
You could even send cutey a cheeky little tweet @cutey on Twitter.

A few weeks ago, I received a tweet from The Body Shop asking if I would like to try out a couple of their veggie friendly products. At the time I wasn't eating meat and I felt it was an ideal time to try something new.
Their random act of kindness was part of #TBSGiveJoy, as something I hadn't heard of before, I did a little investigating and it seems The Body Shop will pick people to offer some goodies too. Another girl I spotted was offered some of their chocolate products to try.
After giving them my address, a few days later I signed for a package including the following products.

The carrot moisture cream is exactly that. The 50 ml tub is available to buy for £4, but is currently out of stock online.
This cream is amazing. I thought the scent would be a little odd, being carrot, but it smells really pleasant.
The cream itself is slightly more thick than the moisturiser I usually reach for, but that being said, it actually sinks into the skin a lot quicker.
Since using this, my skin hasn't at all felt dry. I tend to reach for this now, even when I don't really need it. It kind of feels like a treat when applying it.
I feel this tub is going to last a while, but as soon as it is all gone, I will most certainly be purchasing it.

The other product I received was the new watermelon lip gloss. Available to buy online for £7.00, here.
Apologises for the blurry photo.
This is a product I most definitely wouldn't have chosen for myself. In all honesty, I'm not a big lipgloss fan.
I tried this out and I'm in love with it. Something that always puts me off lipgloss is the stickiness, but this isn't sticky at all. It smells and tastes amazing, and gives amazing shine.
The tube gives you a good 12ml of product and is easy to apply.
The new range of lipglosses come in a huge variety of flavours. There's everything from strawberry and peach, to cocoa and lychee.
I love this product so much, that I am now dying to try out some of the others in the range.

Have you heard of #TBSGiveJoy before?

DSC_0089Pictures25Hi my loves!
I thought I would share another little give away win with you. I feel I've had a little good luck spree recently.
This give away was run by Union Soul on Twitter. The first 10 people to retweet in ten minutes would each win an item from the jewellery store. The prizes were totally random so we didn't know what we would get.
Much to my surprise I received the most gorgeous spike necklace, which retails for £10 on the store.
I am in love with it and I think it would look utterly perfect with a collared shirt.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to Patsy and to tell you all to go check out Union Soul

PicturesHi  my lovelies!
I honestly cannot believe I've been doing this weekly post for twenty weeks already.

I'm going to be completely honest with you guys, this week have been the week from hell.
This week I started my new job, and finished it. I really thought that my anxiety was under control again, but the challenge of going to work proved that it very much isn't. I've had countless, very bad panic attacks, break downs and arguments with Liam.
I don't want to go into it too much, because after all it is a private thing, but Liam and I also became very much to breaking up this week. Fortunately, he is the best and we have now worked our issues out. He's so understanding of everything I struggle with and I honestly don't think anyone else would ever put up with this crap.
I've spent a lot of time on my own this week, trying to clear my head, trying to decide what I want to do with life, and I really haven't been able to come to any conclusion other than blogging. Blogging is the one thing I love, it's my passion and hobby. Until I can finally beat this anxiety over working, I am going to put my all in WFF because I feel like I have been really lazy with it recently. I am going to film a lot more tutorials, and be a lot more consistent also.
The move into the new house is happening some time in the next week or so, so I am currently turning a 15 year old pine cabinet into my new make-up storage. I was planning on buying an alex 6 drawer unit from Ikea, but now that I again have no income, I decided to find a way to save myself the £85. My Muji drawers just aren't cutting it any more and I see to have products coming out of my ears!
On that point, I am going to leave you guys to go about your Sunday. I'm sorry this is such a long post, but I felt like I should fill you all in. I have posted some rather odd and probably depressing twitter statues this week, so for that I am sorry, but I will be OK.

I hope you all had a good week.
Thank you all for your growing support for WFF, it really means the world to me.

Hi Lovelies,
If you didn't already know, you can now follow me on an array of different social media websites.
I have to admit I'm a bit of an addict when it comes to it, so if you would like to follow me on any of the following please do! I will most probably follow back too coz I'm just a friendly kinda girl. :)
I am currently also putting these buttons on a 'Contact Me' Page. They used to be along the sidebar but I felt as though they made it look a little fussy. So in the process of simplifying things a little, they are being moved, but you will always be able to find me.
Hope you are all having a cracking weekend.

I've been looking for some new rings recently and came across Dainty Roses through Twitter. The shop sells everything from jewellery to stationary it's all very reasonably priced and postage is as cheap as £3.00 maximum for worldwide shipping.
I browsed for a while and came across an offer for 3 random shell rings for £6.50, usually the rings sell for £3.50 each, so it's an offer too good to miss. My parcel arrived 5 days after I ordered, which for Christmas time, was really quite quick!
The first thing I noticed was the beautiful packaging. The owner Lisa had taken her time to personalise it with tags, cute string and a little badge. She had also hand written a lovely note on the back of her business card
After ordering, I sent Lisa a tweet saying how lovely her jewellery was. She replied asking what I liked in particular and I told her that I had my eye on one of the blue shell rings, I also told her what I had just ordered. She was so lovely, she told me that she would make sure that she put one of the blue ones in my random three.
These are the rings I received, they are all adjustable and are beautiful. I adore the colours and the way the shell catches the light. I also like the fact that she sent me three which were very different from one another.
For the price I paid for them, I am so impressed, I will definitely be ordering again and her products would make ideal stocking fillers for this fast approaching Christmas!
I also received a cute little gift with my order, so if you do read this Lisa, thank you so much.

If you're looking for gifts for someone special, or you just want to treat yourself, head over to the Dainty Roses website and have a browse!
Disclaimer - I purchased these with my own money and my opinion is truthful and honest.
