Hi lovelies!

This is a product I have wanted to try for a really long time, but have never gotten around to purchasing. So obviously I was thrilled to see them in our #Leedsbloggermeetup2012 goody bag.

I received the Pink cheetah lip tattoos which retail for £9.35 on the Violent Lips website. For the past week I've been feeling run down, so yesterday I figured I would have a play with them and see if I can figure them out.

I followed all of the instructions and applied the top lip first. I have to admit that I found it really tricky, but I was pretty impressed. When I moved on to the bottom lip, I found it even harder to apply and ended up totally screwing it up, missing half of my lip and I'm sure I ended up eating a little too. Haha.

I really love the concept of this product, but I think I definitely need some more practise putting them on. I think if there was a way to stop them looking so wrinkled, they would look perfect. But, again, that's probably just my bad applications skills.

I think these may not be for everyday wear, but they are certainly the perfect product for any party look as they pretty much last until you take them off.

I still have another couple of transfers from the packet, so I may do a little application demonstration on my YouTube channel, so watch out for that.  I think I may try an incorporate them into a tutorial too.

If you would like to see the vast range of designs from Violent Lips, you can visit their website here.

Hi my lovelies!

Now you guys know that I am a little DIY mad. So, roughly a month ago I started working on a new project and I can finally share it with you!
Below I have written all of the steps I took to create my masterpiece.

Hope you like it!

Bluetooth Folder

- I started off with my £6 denim jacket. I found this one in a charity shop.
-I then used several elastic bands and 'tied' the material into bunches
- After placing the jacket in the bath, I added thick bleach straight from the bottle and left it for an hour.
- Onvce I was happy with the result, I filled the bath with enough water to cover the jacket. By doing this you create a bleach bath. I did this to fade the colour of any of the denim that had not been touched by the neat bleach.
IF YOU LIKE, YOU CAN LEAVE YOU JACKET LIKE THIS. (OPTION ONE)

- A few days later I decided to add some colour.
- I hung the jacket on a hanger, placed it on the washing line in my garden and used a purple a pink dye to fill in some of the white patches.
- I left my jacket to dry and then I put it in the washing machine to wash out the excess dye. I always find, by leaving the dye to dry into the fabric, you get more of a strong colour.
THIS IS OPTION TWO AND YOU CAN LEAVE IT HERE. YOU CAN ALSO YOU AN ARRAY OF DIFFERENT COLOURS!

- My last little modification included studs, of course. I purchased mine from ebay. £2 for 200 and they came within 3 weeks from China. (you must plan ahead if you have a time limit.)
There are a huge variety of studs, spikes and other adornments you could use to fancy up any piece of clothing.
THIS IS OPTION THREE

I am so, so happy with how my jacket turned out. I'm just waiting for some ideal weather to wear it.
I'm currently on the hunt for another jacket because I have the DIY bug now.

Let me know if you guys try any of this! I'd love to see what you come up with.

Yup!
Today my friend Sarah and I pretended to be the well know Louise and Zoe. Haha! We could never quite reach their standard of amazing-ness though.
We thought we'd try the blindfolded make-up challenge that Zoe featured on her Youtube channel not too long ago.
You can watch below and see what fools we made each other look. It was rather fun.

Hi Lovelies!
I am so so sorry I haven't posted since Monday! Yesterday my two best friends came up from Crewe for the day. It was planned that Leanne was coming, but Ben came too as a complete surprise. I got out of the shower in the morning from a text to him saying, "who knew Yorkshire was so rural." Haha, I think I peed my pants with excitement. I haven't seen him since August!
(Watch my train vlog fail below, I had to mute the sound because it picked up the screechy sound of the train instead of Ben's beautiful singing of 'The wheels on the bus'.)
So after we had ran around finding somewhere for Leanne to park her car for the day, we hopped on a bus, then a train and headed into Leeds. It was freezing!!! Me being a dim-bulb had not dressed warm either. We started our day having lunch in the amazing Red Hot World buffet. It was incredible! I think we ate until we could eat no more! £45 for three people to eat and a bottle of wine between us, it wasn't even badly priced! We were told we could have the table for two hours, which is plenty of time to scoff all you want.
After, we shuffled down to Primarni, where I learnt to always check the size of the items of clothing and don't trust what the hangers say! I ended up going home with two pieces far, far too small for me. Liam and I may pop back to Leeds on Saturday so I can exchange one of them, I'd already taken the tag off the other before I realised how tiny it was.
After battling against the wind and rain round a few more shops, we decided to head home. The journey back consisted of grumpy women in the station, talking about rudey things on the train and running up the road to catch the smelliest bus on earth.
Our evening consisted of more rudey talk, Ben drinking the best part of a bottle of vodka, me moaning about my headache and taking silly photos. They left mine at 9:45pm to make the two hour journey home.
The day made me realised how much I miss the two of them, I talk to them all the time, but it's not quite the same as pissing about with them and having a giggle. My house seems so quiet now and I'm yet to tidy up the slight carnage in the living room.
Safe to say, it was well worth missing out on a day of blogging and making videos, I wish it could happen more often. Sorry if I've bored you a little with this one, I like to go back and read some of my posts some time and this would certainly be one to put a smile on my face when I needed it.
