Please tell me I'm not the only one to have trouble making hair decisions!
I have been lusting over having a full fringe for months and months recently, but I just haven't been able to commit. There are so many beauts in not only in the celeb world, but also instagram that are rocking a 70s inspired shag cut, and I love it.

My best friend is a trained hair cutter do-er, and I have asked her to chop chop at my hair next time I see her, but I'm still umming and ahhing over it. You see, I've had a fringe many times before. `there have been good, and there have been awful. See below!

I think it really depends on my weight at the time. My face seems to change a lot with an added pound or two. So what would you do? I'm leaning towards doing it; I mean hair grows, right?
I guess what I'm saying is, I just need a bit of a push.
Or, if you think it's a totally awful idea, please tell me.

scoutwislistfashion, baby, next, whenflowersfall, wishlist,

Who ever said dressing boys was boring, totally never had a boy to dress.

Scout has always had a large wardrobe, full of items that sometimes never even get worn. So for the coming winter, I have decided to do a complete wardrobe cull, keeping only items that fit him well, and will get worn.

With him growing at the pace that he is, I will probably have to buy some new pieces for him too; which has led me to Next. Now, I'm not usually one to spend a large amount of money on his clothes, but I'm beginning to realised that quality really is important. He's a big time crawler and isn't showing any signs of walking any time soon. This means that his bottoms are wearing and stretching super fast.

I've picked out some pieces from the new Next season, a few super cute tee's, because who doesn't love a giant tiger (apparently it's a lion,) on your chest; and also some Pj sets. I don't know about you, but if they are made well enough, I don't see why you have to wear Pj's as Pj's. If I was to get these sets, you you probably see Scout wearing them throughout the day.

Now all I need to do is persuade my wallet to allow me to buy these top picks. I keep looking at them, and I keep drooling. They are just too cute, and Next has it totally right this A/W.

It's been a fair while since I last did one of these posts. So, I figured I would get back to it and share a bit of life with you guys.
Unfortunately, this week has been pretty boring.
I've just started to really get into the designing part of the new WFF website. It's all pictures and prettiness at the minute, and I'm now waiting for Liam to have a spare moment or six to get some coding done. Fingers crossed it'll be finished by the end of summer.

Scout got sick at the beginning of the week, and what we thought was a fever from him teething, turned out to be the roseola virus. His little belly got all blotchy and he wasn't a very happy bub. Thankfully he got past it pretty quickly though, and shouldn't get it again. Another couple of Scouty updates; he looooooves broccoli, and is now wanting to drink from cups without lids. Cue puddles of water dotted around my house.

Liam and I celebrated our sixth year together,  he gave me a beautiful ring from my favourites over at Bloody Mary Metal.

I started cycling again, and am really enjoying it. As a matter of fact, I should probably be doing that now instead of writing this post.

Aaaand finally, we started decorating our living room. We picked out a gorgeous warm grey shade of paint that could almost be classed as a heather purple, and we love it. What we don't love is the giant crack in the plaster we discovered last night under the wallpaper. It all had to come off the wall, and we are making a trip to B&Q shortly to get some stuff to patch it up. Yaaaay.

So, how was your week?

Another new video! I promise a new actual written post is coming soon. We've kind of dedicated this weekend to get some house bits finished and fixed up. So, in the mean time, why do you take a few minutes to get to know a few things you may not already know about me.

This month's Birchbox is a little different. Find out in this video my thoughts on the change, and all of this month's samples.

Ok, ok. So I have been really letting myself slip on this recently; and we are in the seventh month of this year already!!
I admit, I haven't really been trying to lose weight, but I also haven't felt overly insecure about my body recently either. That is a huge step in the right direction on this journey to body confidence.

For the past few updates, I've really gone on about losing weight; but I've realised this month that it's so much more than that. Confidence doesn't come from dropping a few pounds alone.
So, in a bid to start feeling more like myself recently, I've dyed my hair pink and gotten in touch with a tattoo artist. These are things I've been wanting to do again for a very long time, but just kept putting off. I'm currently waiting for some designs to drop into my inbox, and then hopefully I'll be getting all booked in for a couple of new pieces to make a start on my sleeve.

Wardrobe is another thing I am slowly working on. I almost always talk about how I'm still wearing the same clothes I wore throughout my pregnancy, and that is slowly but surely changing. I've bought a fair few new pieces recently, and I'm on the verge of having a huge wardrobe clear out. I just want to make sure that I'm not doing to leave myself with not a lot to wear by doing it.
So with that being said, weight loss is still a big factor in this project. As much as I haven't felt overly self conscious recently, I also haven't lost any weight. I'm still hovering around the same 206lbs point that I was at in January.
In a bid to kick start the weight loss again, I have downloaded the Value diary app. It's 'not in connection with any weight loss plan', but it's basically the Weight Watchers ProPoints system. I'm using this along side MyFitnessPal and hoping to see some progress soon.

theWFFloveyourbodyproject, fitness, health, lifestyle, weightloss, confidence, self confidence,

Exercise wise, I've lost my mojo. Until yesterday, when I felt a huge burst of inspiration. I've set myself a goal of cycling 10km five times a week, and doing some arm weights where ever I feel like I can squeeze some in. I'm definitely not the biggest lover of exercise, but I do know that I always feel incredibly good after I've completed a workout.

I think I'll leave the update at that for now. Hopefully next month I can tell you that I've lost some pounds and booked in for some new skin art.
If you do want to follow me on this journey more closely, you can follow my health and fitness instagram account - @wffloveyourbodyproject.
It's mostly a food diary, but I really want to start incorporating more of what this project is all about into it.

Self confidence is what counts.
