The baby belly has appeared and is most definitely here to stay for the next five months!
This means in the new year I am going to finally invest in some clothing that will last me for the rest of my pregnancy. I don't really want to buy a whole ton of maternity gear as I won't be wearing for quite a while after having this baby, but I think a couple of pairs of jeans are a must have. I haven't actually worn jeans for four months! Argh! I miss them so much. I really need some that fit!

Other than the midi dress, the rest of my picks are from the Curve section of ASOS.  I'm currently in between sizes, but I'm under no impression that I'm going to stay the size I currently am.
Looking at the pieces I've picked, it seems I have definitely chosen more on the comfort side, and right now that's totally ok with me!

Liam and I are planning some kind of day out/shopping trip in January, so I'm sure I'll pick up a few bits then too. But for now, these are the items I have my eye on.

Hey flowers!

This weeks wishlist is sportswear related as I'm craving some new gear to get me motivated.
I currently own only one pair of bottoms, and one sports bra. Not so good for someone who wants to do daily exercise.

The big thing in lusting over is a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.
My bike does count calories and track heart rate, but something tells me that it's not very accurate as I can't input my weight etc.
The price isn't too bad, but I have managed to find it £20 cheaper than RRP here.

What are you wanting to splurge on this week?

I mean George, as in Asda! Silly.

I trundled into our reasonably new Asda living the other day, just for a nosey. I came out wanting what feels like the entirety of the George section.

Now, I know George isn't  for everyone, and it definitely isn't up there with the likes of  Zara and Topshop. But, I really think the new seasons items are top notch. I wasn't too impressed with the Winter pickings, but Spring and Summer have really made me want to splurge.

Knits are still big, which for me, is good thing. Even in the middle of Summer, I'd probably still be freezing.
I'm loving the wide variety of monochrome also, I think simple black and white are a great way to make your wardrobe more 'grown up', which is something I've been craving for a long time.
Peplums are still very popular also. I know a lot of people are getting a little sick of it by now, but I personally love this trend and am yet to get on it. I just love the shape it creates.
As well as monochrome, I am wanting to add a little more colour into my closet. I currently own a ton of blue pieces, so I think it would be nice to get some girly pink tones and bright yellows and lime greens too.

I've picked out a whole load of tops, purely because I'd love to be able to just chuck all of mine out. (And by chuck, I mean give to charity.) I recently got a few new pairs of jeans/leggings etc just before Christmas, so these are really all I need at the minute.

George is ridiculously affordable and I could pick up the fourteen pieces for only £160!
You can just click on the numbers below to see each individual item.

A little while back I was lucky enough to win a competition over on Facebook.
I won this gorgeous vintage leather bag and I absolutely love it. Next time I use it I need to remember to take a photo of the clasp, it's so unique!

I definitely recommend you go check them out!!

topfivewintercoats

With the past 48 hours of constant rain, I felt inspired to find my top five Winter coats.
I've always been pretty awful with coats. I just getting soaked. Especially now I'm driving, I just find I don't wear one.
This year though, I feel I may need to add one to my wardrobe. If this weather is anything to go by, I'm going to need one.

If you were like me and watched the Burberry show during LFW, then you'll probably be lusting after a trench coat right about now.
This one from Topshop is a good alternative with a extremely smaller price tag. I'm also loving the addition of the leather collar.
2. Vintage Camo Jacket - £29.99
This is one of my favourite camo jackets around at the minute.
They seem to be a huge trend for A/W and can be found in an array of different styles. From the simple ones like this one, to the more structured ones covered with studs.
Luckily, I won a give away over at Unwritten Hollywood, so soon I will be receiving an amazing customised one made by this lovely lady.
Duffle coats seem to be a recurring trend for Winter. I love the fact this has the addition of a fur hood and quilting detail.
This is the ultimate keep warm coat.
4. Brown Hooded Coatigan - £65.00
To me, this coat screams granny chic.
It's not something I would normally pick, but I found my eyes kept creeping over to it. I think it may be for the fact that it looks incredibly warm. Definitely a coat I can now see myself wrapped up in on bonfire night, with a cup of hot chocolate in hand.
The only downside to this coat, is it may not be ideal for rain. It'd probably feel like you were wearing one giant soggy sponge.
Saving the best till last. I am in love with this coat.
I recently featured this in my River Island Wishlist and it's been all I can think about since.
I think it's definitely an acquired taste, purely because it has so much going on. But in my eyes, leather, faux fur and a bit of tartan, how can you go wrong?
This coat may just be on my Christmas wishlist this year.

What's your top coat pick for Winter? Leave links in the comments below.

Hi lovelies,
so does anyone else have their favourite clothes that they always want to wear? Mine seem to change each month, so I thought I'd share mine with you. With it being cold and wintery, I would probably be silly to wear some of this stuff, so it's not necessarily stuff I am wearing right now, just stuff I'd like to wear.

What are your wardrobe obsessions at the moment?

Hi Lovelies!
It's a yearly tradition of mine to create a wishlist on polyvore. It hurts me to say that I will most probably never get any of these things, unless that it I magically get a new job and buy them for myself. Last years wishlist certainly had a lot less on it, and I think somehow my taste has become a lot more expensive over the year.
So this is this years wishlist, I'm going to list my top five things on there, but I'm not going to bore you with then whole 19 items.
1. A camcorder, preferably a HD one, but I'm not picky.
2. Viktor & Rolfs Flowerbomb perfume
3. Urban Decay Naked Palette
4. Sober is Sexy tank top
5. NYX HD studio photogenic foundation

So anywhoooo, here's to being a good girl and keeping my fingers tightly crossed that Santa is nice to me this year.

This is my first blogspot post! I wanted a nice change from the samey samey stuff always on my tumblr dashboard. I'll still be using my tumblr, because I can't turn my back on the few loyal followers I do have. I have just become unemployed due to personal reasons, so I intend to fill this with tutorials of all sorts. Clothing, make-up, baking, you name it, I'll try my best to do it. : ) Feel free to mail me and send me requests, or if you just generally want to chat. I'm always up for making new friends.
