I made eggy bread for liam this morning because he had never had it! Not the way I make it anyway. So I thought I'd share with you guys, it was my favourite breakfast as a kid and my mum cooked it every Saturday morning. : )

1. I cooked bacon to go with it this morning, but you don't have to do this step. 

2. Crack a couple of eggs into a shallow dish.

3. Whisk the eggs together.

4. Soak your bread in the egg and turn over to do the other side. 

5. Shallow fry the eggy bread until golden brown. 

6. And serve!
