Glossybox January Review Week - Day Five
Hi Lovelies!
I left this product until last as it's the one product from January's Glossy box that I didn't like.
I really tried to bring myself to try it so I could give you a honest review, but I just couldn't get past my hatred to the smell. Liam had a different opinion and said he liked the scent but for me it was way too overpowering. The smell was the first thing I noticed when I opened my Glossybox and this product is in a glass bottle, so how on Earth I could smell it, I don't know!
So I'm totally passing on this one guys! I'm going to try and get Liam to give it ago so I may be back with a manly opinion on it sometime in the future.

Glossybox January Review Week - Day Four
Hellloooo Lovelies!
Todays product is the FAB Gentle Body Wash, the sample size I received was 2oz which I thought was a good size.
This body wash is unscented, which I find quite odd as I much prefer some kind of smell when I wash. It is an irritant-free everyday day cleanser and claims to relieve dry skin and dry redness. After using it for a little while I can say it really did help the dry skin on my knees.
A full size bottle of this body wash sells for £13.00 which I personally think is a little pricey, but for someone in need of a product for sensitive skin.

Glossybox January Review Week - Day Three
Hi Lovelies!
I was pleasantly surprised to see a little Orly Nail Varnish, I hadn't seen any blogger previews that had received one.
The colour I received was Ruby, a pretty deep red that would go perfectly under the Deborah Lippmann polish from the Christmas Box. For a full size bottle you can expect to pay £6.95, which I think is a reasonable price considering how much you would pay for a polish from O.P.I.
I love the colour, but the formula felt really gloopy and was really difficult to apply evenly. It dried so quickly that if I had taken my time applying it, I would have ended up with brush streaks on my nails.
I've heard so many good things about Orly, but now I'm just a little disappointed. I'm not sure I would intentionally go out to purchase one after this.

Glossybox January Review Week - Day Two
Hi Lovelies!
Todays product is the Murad Skin Perfecting Primer, I received a 5ml sample which has lasted me a good few tries. For a 30ml full size product you can expect to pay £29.00.
The Murad primer is oil free and is said to give a "radiant glow, powered by light-enhancing minerals."
The product does have a colour which I originally thought was going to be far too dark for me, but when blended into the skin, it worked perfectly.
I loved this product from the instant I applied it, it certainly gave that dewy finish we all crave for and I really felt as though I could go without wearing foundation, which for me is always a plus. As you can see from the photos below, the primer minimised redness and softened the look of my skin. I can say that being a primer it certainly doesn't give much coverage, but if you are lucky enough to have good skin, it's a great alternative if you don't want to wear heavy foundation.

Glossybox January Review Week - Day One
Helllooo Lovelies!
This little beauty is my favourite item from January's Glossybox. I had it seen in several previews, yet the colour I had seen was generally was powder pink. So it was a nice surprise to see that the colour I had been sent was plum.
I haven't got a purple eye liner in my collection yet, so this one was welcomed with open arms, although I would have been just as happy with the pink shade. That would have made the ideal waterline colour to make your eyes look brighter.
The design of the pencil itself is the best design for an eye liner I have ever seen. You can sharpen it down to the smallest nib and the long silver end will still be present to help control application.
The pencil looks like it will be a lovely strong purple colour although when swatched it's not as pigmented as I had imaged it would be and when used on your eyes, it does give very little colour pay off. This being said I think this shade will make an ideal everyday eye liner because it's not as harsh as a black.
I really don't think I'd pay the £9.50 price tag for another one of these, unless that is I fell in love with a certain colour, but I certainly wouldn't be devastated if Glossybox featured more from Eyeko.
