Now I bet that you're all getting pretty sick of me saying over and over that I am going to start again with this whole weight loss thing.
Well, this week I really did. In the past five days I've walked ten miles, and that includes a day off from walking yesterday. (So really it's four days.) These are ten miles I wouldn't normally walk,  four hours I would have normal spent sitting on my butt.

I have to admit, I'm absolutely loving it. I really thought that it would feel like a chore and that it'd become boring. Each day I've tried to push myself a little further, the first couple of days I walked two miles and felt knackered, Wednesday I walked half a mile extra, uphill. Again, I was pooped but I felt good for it. Today though, I walked three miles and I feel amazing. I got to about two and a half and felt like pushing on for the little extra bit, and I'm really glad I did. 

The only reason I've never done this before is because I thought it would fill up too much of my day, but truth is, I was only out for an hour today. I've even cleaned my house top to bottom, filmed a video and now I'm writing this post too. 

Eating wise, I've filled up on salads and fruit. I've eaten a lot less than I usually would and even though I haven't necessarily lots any weight this week, I feel so much better in myself. 

I'm hoping to feel much more toned and a lot more fit. 
I can truely say that I have turned a corner and I won't be giving up this time.

Time for the weekly weigh-in.

This week I've LOST 4.4LBS!!!!

Yaaaay!! Finally a loss instead of a gain. I've had to really cut down on the crap, but I don't feel like I'm missing anything. I have to admit I've been a bit naughty every so often but it obviously hasn't been effecting me. 
I honestly can't say I've done a whole lot of exercise this week, but we have found a new house to move into. So of course me being the keen bean that I am, I've already started ripping my flat apart and started packing. We probably won't be in the new place for another 4 weeks though. Haha. That being said, I think it may be doing some good because I'm not sitting down too much during the day. 
I'm going to try and continue on the path I'm on and hopefully next week I can come back to you guys and announce another loss. 

Here's the honest part.

New Weight - 211.8lbs

Hi Lovelies!
If you have been following my Fitday posts, you'll have noticed that I missed last week. Excuse being, Aunt flow was visiting so I was feeling oh so groggy and bloated. 
At the beginning of this week I gained a couple of pounds, that was down to my visitor and us chowing down on the good stuff. I weighed myself this morning though and those extra pounds seem to have dropped off quickly and I am back to my post aunt flow weight.
Liam and I have made a massive effort to shop a little more healthier this month and our delivery will turn up tomorrow night. This means I can plan meals out much better and I can include a lot more fruit and veg in my diet. 
I've also been making a conscious effort to choose healthier snacking options. Red pepper houmous and apples (not together) are my best friends at the moment. 
If you guys can recommend me any good snacks, leave a comment down below.
