Now I bet that you're all getting pretty sick of me saying over and over that I am going to start again with this whole weight loss thing.
Well, this week I really did. In the past five days I've walked ten miles, and that includes a day off from walking yesterday. (So really it's four days.) These are ten miles I wouldn't normally walk,  four hours I would have normal spent sitting on my butt.

I have to admit, I'm absolutely loving it. I really thought that it would feel like a chore and that it'd become boring. Each day I've tried to push myself a little further, the first couple of days I walked two miles and felt knackered, Wednesday I walked half a mile extra, uphill. Again, I was pooped but I felt good for it. Today though, I walked three miles and I feel amazing. I got to about two and a half and felt like pushing on for the little extra bit, and I'm really glad I did. 

The only reason I've never done this before is because I thought it would fill up too much of my day, but truth is, I was only out for an hour today. I've even cleaned my house top to bottom, filmed a video and now I'm writing this post too. 

Eating wise, I've filled up on salads and fruit. I've eaten a lot less than I usually would and even though I haven't necessarily lots any weight this week, I feel so much better in myself. 

I'm hoping to feel much more toned and a lot more fit. 
I can truely say that I have turned a corner and I won't be giving up this time.

Hi my lovelies, 
Yesterday my good pal Sarah and I went on a trek up the hill in town. We ended up finding a public bridle path and decided it was a great place to take some outfit photos. 

I had a really bad time looking back at these photos. These are first photos of myself where I've really seen how much weight I have gained. Like I said in my last outfit post, I am still proud of my curves, I've just never really noticed how big I actually look. 
Thankfully, I am on my big health kick and so far I have walked 7 miles this week, 7 miles I wouldn't normally walk. Hopefully this'll pay off and I will feel much more toned and a little slimmer. 

If you haven't already noticed, I have added a new advert/button over to the right there. Two bloggers, Sophia and Sandra are venturing into a new chapter of their life by trying to lose 90lbs. 
I urge you all to go and follow their new blog and support them in their journey. I am right behind them, and doing it with them in my own little way. This means that Friday Fitday posts will become regular again, I am no longer slacking, and I really mean business. (Yes, I know I've said that a hundred times. This time it's for real.)

Hi Lovelies!
Since the new year I've had it in my head that this year is the year to lose all the weight I've gained whilst being in my happy relationship. Happy weight sucks! Especially 2 stone of it! I'm expecting some kind of back lash from this but I want to be completely honest with you guys and myself. Every Friday I am going to update you on how I'm doing, I've spent a month faffing about and not really doing anything but now I mean business!
Please excuse these totally unflattering, goofy, silly photos, but these are the only ones of me that I can find that are full body. As you can see all of my weight lies around my hips, thighs and bum. It also seems to stick to my upper arms as well.
Just a bit of a difference, huh?! These photos were taken throughout the two years before I met Liam. I love Liam to death but I do not love the weight I've gained in the 3 years I've been with him. I have become so comfortable with food that I'm now hating my body.

So here's the honest bit! 
My current weight is 203lbs (14stone 7lbs or 92kg) :(
I'm 5ft 11 inches tall
My goal weight for the end of 2012 is 175lbs (12stone 7lbs or 79kg)

So what do you think guys? Is that do-able? I honestly think I can achieve a 2 stone weightloss in 11 months, I just have to keep my mind on the right track. My plan of action includes cutting down on the excessive snacking, (I'm a doritos and dip addict) and going for walks in the evening with Liam, no matter what the weather!! Anywhoooo, if you can give me any tips or any products that might help me achieve this, I'd be very grateful. I'm off now to have a bit of a spring clean! :)
