Sally Hansen Hard As Nail Xtreme Wear - Sunny Side | Review

whenflowersfall, review, sally hansen, xtreme wear, sunny side, nail, polish, varnish, laquer

I never thought I'd purchase a yellow nail polish like this, but when I saw it, I had to pick it up.
Unfortunately, my excitement for it quickly disappeared on first use.
I was hoping that this would be a super strong, bold yellow. Opaque within a couple of coats, and perfect for Summer; but nope.
The formula of this polish is incredibly watery and thin; and it barely gives your nail any colour within the first three coats, that is unless you like the 'smokers nails' look.
I've tried applying this on top of an opaque white, but I can't say that it's much better. Although the colour is much stronger and bolder, just like I had originally hopeful for, it still doesn't give that wow effect and ends up looking streaky.
Another downside, is that this chips insanely quickly.
I'm really struggling to find a good point to this polish. It really is just disappointing all round.

I've never tried this formula from Sally Hansen before. Are all shades like this one?
