Chocolate & Vanilla Cake

 You will need - 
A spoon, a mixing bowl, some scales and bowls. 
 I like to measure the ingredients out before I mix them. 
You need - 
4oz self raising flour,
4oz caster sugar,
4oz butter,
2 eggs,
Vanilla Extract (not Pictured)
Food Colouring (optional)
 Mix the butter and sugar...
 ...until creamy
 Mix in the flour and eggs, I usually add 1 egg and 1 spoon of flour at a time,
then add the rest of the flour.
 Mix in your food colouring of choice.
 Also add the vanilla extract at this point.
 Grease your cake tin.
 Pour in your mix.
 Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes, or stick a knife into the center. If it comes out clean, it's done!
Leave to cool.
 Ice your cake with yummy chocolate icing.
 Decorate and Enjoy!!
