Don't Cover It Up.

I recently came across this video and it really got to me. As someone whos ex used to pin her against a wall if he didn't get what he wanted, I felt I really needed to help spread the word. 

Did you know that one in four women will be effected by domestic violence at some point in their life? Domestic violence is ridiculously common and unfortunately, often hidden. Now is the time to spread awareness!

Recently Benefit ran the amazing amazing Mascarathon which has raised over £7000 for Refuge, and now is the turn of Youtubes Lauren Luke. Her provoking video is less than 2 minutes long but please if you don't do anything else today, please watch this. . If you or anyone you know if suffereing from domestic violence, please SPEAK UP, or at least help them get help.
