The third post in this series is all about the bedroom.
Out of all of the rooms I would love to redecorate in our house right now, the bedroom is at the top of my list.

Round Dark Wood Mirror || Woven Blanket || Arabian Nights Woven Rug

I'm all about the pattern right now, and seeing as our current bedroom has a monochrome-ish theme, I figured I'd like to stick with that. I'm also loving the addition of dark woods and metals. I think it gives another dimension to the whole feel of the room.
We are eventually planning on making a headboard for our bed too. We want to use reclaimed wood and make something totally original, but I don't think we'll get round to that anytime soon. It's definitely a project for the future.

If you could redo your bedroom, what would you choose?

This is my second post in this series. I'm still just as much addicted to Pinterest as I was a few weeks ago. I have to admit, it may have overtaken my love for sitting browsing tumblr all day.

Wall Tiles || Floor Tiles || Mirror || Towels
Bathroom Set || Storage Cubes || Bathroom Cady

One of the things I have not enjoyed about renting homes for the past three years, have been the bathrooms. Thinking about it, we've been quite lucky in the fact that out of the 3 homes we have lived in, two have had pretty decent new bathrooms. This place on the other hand is not so pleasant. The tiles, grouting and sealant are old and peeling/going bad, and the bath is chipped and grotty. The other downside to it, is that it is built into an extension of the house which used to be the outhouses (outside toilet anyone?), and it is the coldest room of our entire house. For this reason, I've not had a bath since we've moved in over a year ago. Normally I hop in the shower, and get out as quick as I can. It's not the most relaxing time.
Anywho, because of all of this playing on my mind, I've been thinking about how I would like my dream bathroom, and the above is what I've come up with. I love all the dark and rustic colours, but I didn't want to go with lots of black or browns. I think the blue would bring something a little different without with being overpowering. I also love the idea of filling a cady with bathroom nicnacks and plants, just to give the room some character.

If you could design your own bathroom, what would you choose to do?

If you've watched my March favourites video, then you will already know that within the past month I have become a huge Pinterest addict.
Liam and I have distant plans to own our own home, and when we do, I'm going to finally go crazy with decorating.
After three years in rented property, I'm incredibly fed up with plain walls, crazy wallpaper left by previous tenants, and feeling like I live in a 'that'll do' kind of home.
Thanks to my addiction, I've decided to begin a new little feature on WFF. It'll hopefully include anything from interior to fashion.

Rug || Love Cushion || Yellow Beaded Cushion || Yellow and Grey Throw
Jones Clock || Coffee Table || Black Framed Mirror || Yellow Photo Frame

Our current living room is a big blank space with no character. We barely use it, and I can only put that down to the fact that it doesn't feel very homely.
My dream living space is full of soft furnishings and personality.
Thanks to Liam's parents, we already have the sofa (actually two, and a chair) in the collage above. They've recently decided to replace the sofas in their second living room and have said they'll keep them for us. Believe it or not they are less than two years old and still in great condition.
Another currently obsession of mine is the colour grey. I really don't think it'll be something that changes anytime soon either. After coming across many grey and yellow rooms on pinterest, I just fell in love with the colour combo. I never thought I'd like yellow, but it just works so well.

There are many things that are currently in our way of buying a property. But when we do, I cannot wait to get stuck in!
