I received this sample in my copy of Glamour magazine so I thought I may as well give it a little try.
The shade was 2WN1, which if I'm completely honest, meant nothing to me.
My initial thought was that it was far too orange toned for me, but I tried it anyway. The foundation was a nice consistency and applied nice and evenly with my ELF stipple brush. Because I knew the shade was off for me, I applied a thin layer, just so I could get a feel for the product.
The foundation felt light on my skin and I really liked the finish. It didn't cling too much to my dry patches and this is always a bonus for me. I think if I could get colour matched and use the corrects shade for my skin, this would be a very good investment. I see this as more of a summer foundation and it would also be ideal for someone who doesn't need full coverage.
