How far along? 36 weeks. Only 1 week till full term!!!
Total weight gain: 24lbs. My midwife checked my weight on Monday and it seems our scales at home are actually accurate!
Maternity clothes? Nope. I'm refusing to buy anything new now.
Stretch marks? Yup! I think they are definitely spreading now, slowly, but they are appearing. I think I've found one new one this week and the others are much bigger.
Best moment this week: Sorting out our birth plan with my midwife. If all goes to plan, I'll have a water birth.
Miss anything? Being comfortable. It turns out that little Scout is lying back to back at the minute. Hence giving me all the insane back ache and rib pain I've been feeling. I'm working hard to turn him now. Lots of birthing ball action and getting on all fours? Ha! who am I kidding. If I got on the floor, I'd never get up. I'm definitely trying to sit upright and forward a whole ton more though.
Movement: Yup!
Food cravings: None really..
Anything making you queasy or sick: Just the usual cat or dog poop.
Gender: Boy!
Labor signs: I had a lot of cramps and back pain on Sunday night and Monday morning, but it just turns out that it's due to him dropping in the position he's in and my body not being very happy with it.
Symptoms: Tiredness, aches and pains and intense heartburn!
Belly button in or out? Out!
Engagement ring on or off? Off.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy? Kind of. As long as I'm not aching.
Looking forward to: Being full term as of Sunday! Little boy, feel free to come whenever you like!
I'm also looking forward to our next midwife appointment. If we make it that far.

How far along? 33 weeks.
Total weight gain: 21lbs. I seem to have finally gotten over that 20 mark.
Maternity clothes? Nope, but my maternity leggings are finally dying. Eeek! I'm wondering if I can make them last another 7 weeks.
Stretch marks? Still my hip ones. I thought I saw a couple on my belly the other day, it turned out I'd just slept on wrinkly sheets.
Best moment this week: Having our last scan and finding out that he's weighing 4lbs 14oz already!
Miss anything? I can't really bend down and reach the floor anymore. I'm now having to do the ever classy squatting.
Movement: Lots. I think he's discovered the fact that he can move his legs and I've seen his knees a couple of times.
Food cravings: I'm back to craving meat. Gimme all the steak and burgers!!!
Anything making you queasy or sick: I think bad smells are always going to be an issue for me.
Gender: Boy!
Labor signs: Nope.
Symptoms: Does starting to feel like a whale count? The water retention and puffiness has begun to appear.
Belly button in or out? Out a lot of the time now!
Engagement ring on or off? Off. It doesn't even go past my knuckle!
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy! My anxiety has been really good this week and not really an issue.
Looking forward to: Seeing Liam's parents next week! We've not seen them since Christmas. I was only 17? weeks pregnant then. They're also bringing a whole ton of stuff for Scout with them. I may not have had a baby shower, but by the sounds of it, I didn't really need to with the amount of shopping Liam's mum has done.

Digi says PREGGO!
I still can't quite believe it.

This week, we decided to tell immediate family; just our parents and siblings. We did this because we decided that if (heaven forbid) something goes wrong, we'll have that extra bit of support at the end of a phone if we needed it. We've also talked about when and how we're going to announce it to everyone else. So far, we're thinking we'll do it around the 8 week mark. Purely because, I'm already bursting to tell people and by then I personally think I'm going to have a bit of a belly. It's only bloating at the minute, but I can definitely tell that something is different with my body.

This week so far, my eating has curbed a little, although I have still been incredibly tired and I've not wanted to cook a single thing. I've become really sensitive to smell and the smallest nasty scent makes me gag; i.e. lifting the bin lid for a millisecond. Luckily I haven't actually started being sick yet, so I'm still waiting for that to hit me.
The only other symptoms I've had so far have been sore boobs, plus they all of a sudden feel mahoosive, and cramps. That part's kind of scary, but I keep telling myself that it's probably normal and I should expect it considering things are going on in that region. A lot of people describe them as stretching pains and I'd definitely agree with them.

Today we booked our doctors appointment to get it confirmed by them, and I guess get the ball rolling with maternity appointments. Unfortunately our doctors are rather busy and it isn't until Friday next week, so by then I should be verging on the 7 week mark.

This week 'tiny tool' (if you don't understand the nickname, I'll explain below.) is the size of a sweet pea and is working on developing his/her lungs.

Isn't that insane!

Tiny tool - Liam and his friend have a gaming youtube channel called VGToolbox. Their suscribers are called tools. Hence, I'm growing a tiny tool in my belly.

Week 6

This week I've felt absolutely horrendous and I haven't really wanted to sit in front of my computer screen much. Therefore, I haven't got a written post, but you can see my video update below.
