Well, Hi!

It has been a mighty long time since I last posted, here on WFF; and a lot has gone on in that time.
I wanted to quickly post and say hello, I'm still alive!

In the past couple of months, we've packed up our house in Chatham, Kent. The house which was our home for two years. The house which was Scout's first home, and lived the majority of his first year of his life; and moved back home to Crewe, Cheshire.
It was a bit hectic and moving day did not come along without a few bumps in the road. The day before, Liam's Dad crashed our moving van just minutes after picking it up, which resulted in us getting a much smaller van and us panicking as to whether our belongings would fit into it. We were doing a 208 mile move up the country, and did not want to have to do two trips.

I'm glad to say that we did make it in one go, with our car full, plus baby and animals. (India decided to gift us with a lovely poop just five minutes after getting on the motorway. Yep, that was fun.)
The house is amazing and we are so in love with it, it's silly. We have so much space now, and to say that we are spending much less on rent for this place, is ridiculous; but true. Yay for being up North!

Within the first week of being here, we had unpacking to do, a wedding to attend and Scout's first birthday! I'll do a full post on that soon enough. It's been a little insane and three weeks in, we are still unpacking, buying new furniture and trying to make this place feel like our home.

I'm just now finding time to get back into the swing of things, and my gosh I have missed it so much!!
There will be a blog revamp coming soon, and I'm very excited about that. I'm also hoping to bring much more content to not only the blog, but also my Youtube channel too.
This year has been crazy busy, with many things going on; but now it's all beginning to settle and I can start prioritising again.

Thank you if you have stuck with me through this massive hiatus. To think that I haven't
blogged properly since Scout was born is insane. I cannot wait to bring WFF back to life.

Find me on

  1. Everytime I see pictures of Scout I'm just amazed by how quickly he grows and changes. He has become such an adorable toddler ! I'm looking forward to reading more from you even though I completely understand why you have been M.I.A that's a lot of change for anyone to handle !
I wish you good luck with the whole home decor thing ! Have a great week ahead !

    xx, Charlie
