Since finding out I was pregnant, I always knew that I wanted to take some kind of maternity photos. Apart from the thumbnails that I use for my weekly baby updates on YouTube, I've not really taken any bump photos.
Of course Pinterest was my first port of call for ideas. I wanted simple images that I wouldn't get bored of looking at and these are the ones that I used for inspiration in the end.
I wouldn't normally post photos of me showing so much skin, but seeing as this is the only baby I'm planning on having for a good few years, I thought why the heck not.

Photos from pinterest - will be happy to link any original sources.
As I turned 37 weeks on Sunday, I knew that I should probably take them soon. So last Thursday, I made it my mission. I took all of them myself, just me and my camera. It took a while, but I'm really happy with the way they turned out. I loved the sepia/old photo filter used on the silhouette shot above so much, that I decided to use that as inspiration for my own.I wouldn't normally post photos of me showing so much skin, but seeing as this is the only baby I'm planning on having for a good few years, I thought why the heck not.

I wonder how long it'll be until little Scout decides to make an appearance.
